Greetings from Okinawa May 2009 where we are training under Uechi Tsuyoshi Sensei in his Dojo in Okinawa City and at the Camp Foster Dojo. The training has been fantastic covering mostly Kata and Bunkai.

We have received fantastic help from Isshinryu historian Andy Sloane Sensei and his wife Sara. Thank you so much without you the trip would not have been possible. Andy Sensei is doing in-depth research of Isshinryu’s history. Watch out for articles and books!
